Sadly, the digitized edition on Archive.org has the edges of the pages a bit cut off but the digital images were done in color.

This book is also available on Ancestry.com if you have a subscription. The Ancestry version, does not have the edges cut off but it is clear that their copy was obtained from microfilm as the images are black and white and a bit pixelated. A benefit of the Ancestry edition is that the book has been indexed and is searchable.
